This dressers are designed to utilize their full life span with minimum deterioration of form and tolerances. While in use as soon as one layer wear outs, second layer is exposed immediately for constant dressings. These dressers are designed to use in straight, step, radius, profile dressing and they have been created to tackle problems that couldn’t be corrected with single or multi point diamond dressers. Vibration free mounting with in feed rate 0.01-0.03mm along with ample amount of coolant before & during Dressing results to prolong tool life.

We are leading also Single Point Diamond Dressers manufacturer in Pune, India. They are made of selected shaped diamonds, mounted (brazed) in a shank. Only one cutting edge is presented to the grinding wheel. We manufacture this Dressing tools with synthetic “A” Grade & Natural Diamond points only. Carat size of this Diamonds depends on the diameter & width of the grinding wheel. The proper selection of size and quality appropriate for a given application requires qualified and experienced judgment. The lower the feed rate, the finer the surface finish.
